It’s Art to the Rescue when kids and parents are stuck at home!

Before Batavia’s Louise White school closed, my 10-year-old grandson, Noah, completed an art project. Tasked with making a person from the art teacher’s assorted box of shapes and then painting them, he decided to create a McDonald’s worker. I asked him, “What was your inspiration?” His response, “I don’t know, Grandma, it just came out of my brain!” LOL -- silly question, silly answer! And though he does like McDonald’s, it actually isn’t his favorite restaurant – Red Lobster is!! Go figure…he loves crab legs!

PLEASE SEND ME YOUR CHILDREN’S OR GRANDCHILDREN’S ARTWORK TO BE FEATURED HERE. Be sure to include first name, age, town, and any additional background info pertinent to the photo. Thanks, and I look forward to seeing what your little ones are doing!
