St. Charles, IL...Kane Repertory Theatre Artistic Director, Daniil Krimer, and Managing Director, Avery Bowne, announce the world premiere online production of Hammaad Chaudry's "Security", as part of the company's new Multiplatform Commission.
"Security", directed by Executive Producer Ansley Valentine, premieres online April 10-May 2, 2021 with plans for an in-person production when safe.
Cast includes Academy Award and three-time Golden Globe nominee Eric Roberts as Brian and Harsh J. Gagoomal as Riaz.
The plot centers around 17-year-old Riaz arriving in the U.S. from Britain for the first time and stopped by Brian, a Homeland Security officer. The experience changes Riaz's life forever. Thirteen years later, a grown-up Riaz returns once more to the U.S. and hunts down Brian at his home where it is his turn to interrogate Brian.
This show contains mature content including violence and adult language.
Tickets are $25 per household or $10 for Adults, $8 for Seniors, and $5 for Students.
