Mari Dzhelasi's whimsical art (cute bats and other subject matter) will be featured in her solo show during Aurora's FIRST FRIDAYS October 7th from 5 PM to 9 PM at the Cottonseed Exchange Creative Exchange, 64 S. River Street. If you don't know where this lively "maker" center is, don't depend on GPS. It will give you incorrect directions taking you north on River Street instead of south. It is located near McCarty Mills Taproom, if you're familiar with that location.
